With a specially designed recessed headbasket and controlled proximity effect, the V1 allows for closer mic placement than would otherwise be possible.

This close mic placement is ideal for capturing guitar amp cabs, acoustic instruments like snare drums, and expressive vocals. The custom Soyuz transformer is wound tight for a balance of detail and character. The body has been balanced to make it comfortable when used handheld and for easier positioning when attached to a mic clip. Handcrafted in Tula, Russia, this microphone offers the same quality and reliability expected of all Soyuz products. The V1 Dynamic includes a custom mic clip and a canvas bag.
