The IF-AE16 is an optional 16-in/16-out AES/EBU interface card for the TASCAM expansion slot system. The IF-AE16 will convert sampling rates for each input and supports virtually all sampling frequency rates.

- Formats and channels : 16 channels at 44.1/48kHz, 24-bit 16 channels at 88.2/96kHz, 24-bit (double speed)
- Connector : D-Sub 25-pin
- Locking screws : No. 4-40 UNC (inch type)
- Output format : AES3-2003/IEC60958-4 (AES/EBU)
